Agreement
These Terms govern access to CleanBid Pro, a subscription software product operated by PAVE RRAF, LLC, doing business as A Helping Hand Janitorial Services. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Software service
CleanBid Pro provides business-planning, estimating, document-generation, and workflow tools for commercial-cleaning businesses. You are responsible for reviewing every estimate, scope, proposal, classification decision, contract, and client communication before use.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in access, and use the same authorized email associated with your subscription. You may not share, resell, reverse engineer, misuse, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Pricing and plan features are shown at checkout. Continued access depends on successful payment and compliance with these Terms.
No guaranteed results
CleanBid Pro does not guarantee profits, contract awards, revenue, legal compliance, tax outcomes, or worker-classification outcomes. Results depend on your inputs, market, operations, and judgment.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. PAVE RRAF, LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the software.
