Monthly subscriptions
Subscription charges are generally nonrefundable after a billing period begins because digital access is made available immediately. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent another charge.
Billing errors
Contact us within 14 days if you believe you were charged twice, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or charged incorrectly. Approved corrections are returned to the original payment method.
