Cancellation Policy
Cancel at any time
You may cancel your monthly CleanBid Pro subscription before the next renewal date. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
How to cancel
Use the subscription-management option provided with your Stripe billing record or email info@helpinghandjs.com from the email associated with your account. Include your company name and request to cancel.
Access after cancellation
Paid access continues through the applicable billing period and is then removed automatically after Stripe reports the subscription as canceled or inactive. Export any documents you wish to retain before access ends.
